Endo Health Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ENDP) will pay approximately $105 million in cash to purchase NuPathe Inc. (Nasdaq: PATH). Shares of Endo Health climbed $2.02 to $65.88 while NuPathe stock surged 93 cents to $3.23.
