Baceline Investments Announces Launch of High Yield Income Fund, LLC

Baceline Investments, LLC, a boutique private equity real estate investment and management company with retail holdings throughout the Central United States, announced today it has launched Baceline High Yield Income Fund, LLC, the firm’s first High Yield Income Fund. This fund is designed for investors seeking a high level of regular income with the prospect of capital gain.

The platform, targeted to attract $50-75 million in equity capital, will invest in neighborhood retail centers throughout the mid-section of the United States, taking advantage of low Midwestern prices to produce higher yields. The High Yield Income Fund is a hybrid of Baceline’s Debt Free Income Fund and Opportunistic Fund, and has a minimum investment of $1 million.
