Baceline Investments Announces Acquisition of Century Plaza Shopping Center near Chicago

Baceline Investments, LLC, a boutique private equity real estate investment and management company with retail holdings throughout the Central United States, announced today the acquisition of Century Plaza, a 15,464-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Lisle, Ill., about 15 miles west of Downtown Chicago.

The shopping center, built in 2002, consists of 10 retail stores including high-profile tenants Dunkin’ Donuts, Jimmy John’s and Domino’s Pizza. Located at 2801 Ogden Avenue, the all-brick façade retail center becomes the fourth property in Baceline’s Value-Add/Opportunistic Strategy portfolio.
