Zalemark Holding Company and Super Bell sign strategic brand manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment support agreement

LOS ANGELES - March 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Zalemark Holding Company (OTC:ZMRK) and Super Bell Jewelry have signed a strategic agreement to jointly promote, distribute, and manufacture certain highly targeted jewelry brands together. Zalemark and Super Bell have been developing a relationship for some time before reaching a mutually beneficial conclusion for both companies. Super Bell with its retail reach of over 1000 retail jewelry stores and dedicated manufacturing support will create an economy of scale allowing Zalemark to be competitive in pursuing the major big box stores and allowing them to attain their margins. Zalemark will integrate its corporate offices into Super Bell's expansive centrally located facility in downtown Los Angeles which will encompass a showroom for the brands, trade show positioning, fulfillment and marketing support.

Super Bell's President, Lo Huang states, "We see the potential of this relationship as a win/win for both companies - but most of all for our customers. We have attained a long retail reach, the result of over 25 years of successful sales and manufacturing support to our retailers. These primarily independent store owners tell us they need well positioned brands to drive online to offline sales traffic. Concurrently, we will be launching LaBell, a state of the art digital portal, creating its own vertically integrated Blue Ocean jewelry supply chain market zone primarily targeting millennials by providing internet-offline shopping experiences supported locally by the independent Brick & Mortar jewelers - The LaBell Internet-Offline-Service (IoS) solution."
