Texas opens checkbook to win Charles Schwab expansion

Texas Gov. Gregg Abbott touted his state as the nation's 'beacon of free enterprise,' with Charles Schwab bringing a $100 million expansion and 1,200 jobs to North Texas. Of course, this is free enterprise, Texas style as the Lone Star State ponies up millions to woo the company.
