The International Chocolate Salon (I.C.S.) in San Francisco recognized Ticket Chocolate and twelve others for their accomplishments over the last year after compiling each company's Gold and Silver awards at the regional International Chocolate Salons. The Annual award, based at the San Francisco I.C.S., is considered the pinnacle of chocolate and confectioner awards in the United States. Ticket Chocolate had previously submitted their premium Belgian couverture chocolate confections under various categories, and won a Four Star Award for Best Hot Chocolate in 2015 and 2016, Gold for Best White Chocolate in 2016, and Gold for Top Chocolate Bars in 2015 and 2016.
