The distinction was given as part of the U.S. News – Best Lawyers "Best Law Firms Rankings," which also gave Weitz & Luxenberg several regional honors.

It was also named as a New York Metropolitan Tier 1 firm in the category of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
