Walgreens and Rite Aid cut merger price, postpone closing date

Under the new agreement, Walgreens will pay a maximum of $7.00 per share and a minimum of $6.50 per share of Rite Aid common stock, contingent upon how many stores the merged company has to sell to satisfy antitrust regulators.
