Monsanto CEO: Paperwork mostly in, Bayer deal on track to close

Nine months after announcing its intent to buy St. Louis-based plant behemoth Monsanto and German chemical giant Bayer still isn’t releasing details about what will remain in North Carolina after the $66 billion buy.
