Mount Carmel picks for-profit joint venture partner to build $26M psychiatric hospital

Mount Carmel Health System has again turned to a joint venture with a for-profit company for a specialty campus, this time a psychiatric hospital to replace the unit that will close when Mount Carmel West ceases being a hospital.
