Wisconsin business leaders celebrate Foxconn's arrival: Slideshow

The mood was celebratory at the Milwaukee Art Museum Thursday evening as Foxconn chairman and CEO Terry Gou and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed a memorandum of understanding officially cementing the company’s plans to build a $10 billion plant in southeastern Wisconsin that could employ up to 13,000 workers.
