Intel teams up with Toyota to take on big data in self-driving cars

Santa Clara-based Intel Corp. is forming a new big data consortium with Toyota Motor Corp., NTT Docomo and other technology companies, to figure out how best to handle the coming deluge of car data on the horizon.
