Georgia Supreme Court hears Waffle House CEO sex tape case

Two lawyers representing a housekeeper who secretly videotaped a sexual encounter with Waffle House Chairman and CEO Joe Rogers Jr. should be disqualified from the case, a lawyer for Rogers argued Monday.
