Opinion: The battle over Trump’s travel ban

The battle over the president’s travel ban has been raging between the states and the federal government since the original executive order was issued Jan. 27. It has been blocked, withdrawn, redrafted and blocked all over again. Now the Supreme Court has reinstated the order in part and agreed to hear the case in October.
