Raleigh’s Plantation Point signs new anchor tenant, 3 restaurants

The retail brokers for the sprawling Plantation Point shopping center at Capital Boulevard and I-540 in north Raleigh have confirmed several new lease deals for the center that’s been combating consistent tenant turnover since it opened in 2007.
