Safety violation that led to worker's death brings $500K fine for KC contractor

A Kansas City company called Fastrack Erectors was fined $500,000 by a federal court in Missouri after it was found guilty of violating Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and causing the death of an ironworker.
