Fort Mill shopping center sold for $14M to national owner

West Town Market, located at 1750 West S.C. Highway 160, was bought by New Market Properties, a unit of Preferred Apartment Communities Inc. (NYSE: APTS). The seller was Retail Properties of America Inc. (NYSE: RPAI).
