Council approves self-storage facility near light rail, but raises questions about transit land use

Is a self-storage facility within a half-mile of the Lynx Blue Line an appropriate land use near the light rail? A proposed 110,000-square-foot, five-story self-storage development with ground-floor retail near the Lynx Blue Line in South End had council members split.
