Contract packaging company signs big lease in west Charlotte

RGA Enterprises signed a long-term lease for 187,000 square feet at 4001 Performance Road, near the Sam Wilson Road exit on Interstate 85. In conjunction with the lease transaction, Trinity Capital Advisors and SilverCap Partners acquired the property for $6 million.
