New group of North Bay luminaries hires former FEMA director to lead rebuilding effort after Wine Country fires

North Bay business, civic and community leaders have formed a nonprofit, Rebuild North Bay, to coordinate efforts after wildfires ravaged the region. Former FEMA director James Lee Witt has been hired to head it.
