With city help, Dallas' Hunt Southwest starts new spec project in McKinney

It took the help of a public-private partnership between the city of McKinney and Dallas-based Hunt Southwest Real Estate Development for construction to begun on the first of two 200,000-square-foot speculative industrial facilities in the North Texas city.
