Protestors delay WEDC meeting on Foxconn contract

A half-dozen boisterous protestors delayed the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. board from going into closed session on the Foxconn Technology Group incentive package before they were removed peacefully by Wisconsin State Capitol Police.
