Waymo asks for last-minute delay in Uber lawsuit, days before trial is set to begin

Alphabet-owned self-driving car startup Waymo on Monday asked a federal judge to delay the start of its blockbuster, billion-dollar lawsuit against Uber Technologies, saying new evidence had again emerged at the eleventh hour.
