Indictment: Veteran faked ownership of area company to net $40M in contracts

A Belton man has been charged with fraudulently obtaining contracts intended for service-disabled, veteran-owned businesses. Although he is a service-disabled veteran, an eight-count indictment claims he is just a figurehead at United Medical Design Builders LLC.
