Seritage, KDC to develop 1M SF high-rise office campus at Dallas Midtown

Dallas Midtown could begin taking shape in the next few years, with Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG) and KDC readying a 23-acre tract for up to 1 million square feet of new office space.
