Maryland to receive almost $10 million from Mylan over EpiPen charges

Maryland Attorney General Brian Frosh said in a statement the settlement resolves allegations that Mylan demanded "massive" price increases for its EpiPen in the private market and underpaid its EpiPen rebates to Maryland’s Medicaid program.
