Former Orbitz CEO joins Uber as the second in command

New Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi is bringing on former Orbitz CEO Barney Harford as the ride-hailing company’s chief operating officer. Harford will oversee Uber’s global operations, marketing and customer support teams for its ride-hailing and food delivery businesses.
