Read Jeff Sessions' memo rescinding Obama-era marijuana policy

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions released a memo Thursday directing federal prosecutors to use their discretion to prosecute marijuana crimes. Sessions is leaving it up to local U.S. Attorneys to make the decisions on whether to prosecute federal marijuana violations.
