Huntersville office portfolio sells for nearly $14.7 million

The 57,214-square-foot Bostick Building, at 9801 Kincey Ave., and the 59,903-square-foot Calhoun Building, at 9800 Kincey Ave., sold for nearly $14.7 million to Viking Partners out of Cincinnati.
