Father gains custody of daughter's body, stuck in morgue for 2 months, over allegedly abusive mother

An unusual custody battled ended Friday when a Milwaukee judge granted exclusive custody of a young girl’s body to her estranged father over the girl’s mother, who is implicated in her death.
