DORAL, Fla. - Feb. 15, 2018 - PRLog -- In the latest sign of continued absorption of premium retail space in Doral's urban core, Doral Village, a 14,000 sq. ft. shopping plaza located in 87th Avenue, one of the city's main corridors, has finalized a new lease totaling 7,400 sq. ft. of medical space; the largest suite at the center was leased by Life Well Behavioral Health Center, a local medical group. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Managing Partners Ernesto Pentenero and Jose E. Garanton of GP Global Group (www.GPGLOBALGROUP.com), are the exclusive leasing agents and property managers for the plaza.

Mr. Garanton stated, "We're pleased to add another valuable tenant to a property in our client's portfolio. We look forward to continuing to work with brokers and agents in the area."

Mr. Pentenero, added, "The unique location, average household income in the area and strength of the population within a three mile radius, were attractive to the tenant."
