Startup launched by HCMC's innovation incubator taking partnership with Lyft national

Hitch Health, a startup launched by Hennepin County Medical Center's innovation incubator, announced Tuesday that it will roll out its partnership with Lyft nationwide to provide rides to patients who struggle to find efficient transportation to medical appointments.
