Journal Sentinel circulation declines 20-plus percent

With its owner Gannett Co. Inc. — like other legacy newspaper companies — emphasizing digital content, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel saw its weekday and Sunday circulation decline by more than 20 percent for the year ending Dec. 31, 2017.
