South Africa antitrust watchdog charges Takata with price fixing

JOHANNESBURG, March 14 (Reuters) - South Africa Competition Commission said on Wednesday it has charged Japan's Takata Corp with price fixing, market division and collusion, and has referred the case to the Competition Tribunal for adjudication.
