Ethics watchdog says EPA chief Scott Pruitt's rent deal, expenses, travel raise red flags

Pruitt has been under fire for traveling first class on airplanes and for an unusual Capitol Hill rental deal that required him to pay just $50 per night to the wife of lobbyist whose clients were seeking EPA actions.
