Missing ambassador, US Embassy in Germany pays for prof who compared Trump to ISIS

Officials at the U.S. Embassy in Germany hired a terrorism expert who has compared President Trump’s rhetoric to that of the Islamic State, for a speaking engagement back in February – in a move some lawmakers say is what you get when Congress fails to confirm an ambassador to one of the America’s closest allies.
