Roaster's Block redeveloper will convert school into mixed-use rec center

The partnership plans to convert the former Paul Robeson Middle School site at 8201 Holmes Road into a recreation center with athletic fields, indoor courts, a 24-hour day care center, community theater, retail shops and community programming, as well as apartment for senior citizens.
