NPC's new owner is tied to big names

The new majority owner of NPC International Inc. is tied to some big names, including two owners of the Los Angeles Dodgers as well as the team's CFO. A controlling interest in the giant Kansas-based restaurant franchisee reportedly was sold for more than $1 billion to a consortium of two family offices.
