United Therapeutics Corp. (Nasdaq: UTHR) will acquire SteadyMed Ltd. (Nasdaq: STDY) in a deal valued at approximately $216 million. Shares of United Therapeutics eased 29 cents to close at $110.11 while SteadyMed stock leaped $2.05 to close at $4.70.
