Owner of Wisconsin Herd's arena raises another $9.5 million

The company that built the Oshkosh arena for Milwaukee Bucks’ NBA minor league team the Wisconsin Herd raised $9.5 million through a private offering and is seeking $12.65 million more, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
