Arlington strikes out on Amazon HQ2 bid with nearly $1B in incentives

The city of Arlington struck out in its bid for Amazon’s second headquarters despite pitching Globe Life Park and nearly $1 billion in incentives for the e-commerce colossus. In bowing out, however, the “American Dream City” released its proposal containing the most inside-baseball perspective on HQ2 to come out of a North Texas city so far.
