Michael Ratner reflects on shifting video industry trends

The founder, president and chief executive of Los Angeles-based OBB Pictures, Ratner directed the short documentary film “Gonzo @ The Derby” for ESPN’s “30 for 30” series, as well as the mock sports documentary series “The 5th Quarter” for Verizon’s go90 streaming service.
