Nearly 500 Woodlands residents file flood-related lawsuit against developers, engineering firm

The lawsuit alleges that when the defendants designed and developed the Creekside Park West subdivision, also known as Timarron Park, they “failed to prepare for, or consciously ignored, a foreseeable weather event, which resulted in the flooding of homes and caused catastrophic losses.”
