Error in Trump tax cut bill is slowing construction and remodeling for restaurants and retailers

PetSmart Inc. and the Arizona Retailers Association joined 99 other companies and lobbying groups to ask Congress trying to fix an error that could cost the retail and restaurant industries millions of dollars.
