Hydrogen fuel, Renewable and Energy Storage company, Pure Energy Centre, the UK’s most northerly Energy Company announces it will sponsor the World Hydrogen Energy Conference (WHEC) 2018.

The 22nd edition of the WORLD HYDROGEN ENERGY CONFERENCE (WHEC) takes place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in the Windsor Convention & Expo Center at Barra da Tijuca. The conference will gather over 1000 experts from all over the world to share and discuss the most promising technologies towards sustainable energy, but mainly focusing on green hydrogen fuel.

The Pure Energy Centre (PEC) has a stand at the conference and exhibition and is displaying its latest hydrogen fueling station and dispenser at the conference. The filling station has been designed for 700 bar hydrogen dispensing and a 350 bar version is also available.

It also has a large scale electrolyser installed at the COPPE University and a high pressure compressor able to pressurise hydrogen up to 450 bar. The PEC has installed a complete filling station for buses including high pressure storage and a hydrogen dispenser. To ensure that the station is green, the PEC is also installing solar panels that will supply the electrolyzer, hydrogen compressor and dispenser with sustainable energy.
