Duke Energy seeks clarification before deciding on rate hike appeal

As Duke Energy Carolinas considers whether to appeal an order that rejects almost all of its proposed 11.6 percent rate hike, it is asking the N.C. Utilities Commission for clarification on parts of the ruling.
