Value-add multifamily acquisition streak continues with $67.8M deal in Steele Creek

American Landmark acquired Steele Creek South, a 456-unit community, from Chicago-based LivCor. It will rename the property Avant at Steele Creek and invest $3.2 million in renovations to the property.
