Source: Charlotte PGA Tour event revenue rises to $18.5M

A source close to the Wells Fargo Championship tells CBJ revenue this year grew to $18.5 million; tournament organizers declined to disclose results before presenting them to the nonprofit board that runs the PGA Tour event.
