Second RFP for 800 Washington draws four developers

A city-issued request for proposals has attracted four developers who are interested in building on the 0.56-acre site at 800 Washington Ave. S. It's also known as the Guthrie Liner Parcel because the rectangular site is up against the Guthrie's parking ramp.
