Pennsylvania mom becomes community hero by feeding hungry children

Every weekday Nilsa Adorno sets up two plastic tables under a white tent outside of her home, she stacks boxes of pre-prepared lunches to ready herself for the afternoon rush; lunchtime on Fifth Street starts at noon.
